It is possible to create emotional resonance and reduce polarized thinking when one person perceives a reflection of their own nature or identity in the other. When we remember that at a micro level we are all made up of the same energetic particles, i.e. "We are made of stars," it can help as we scale up and witness the energy in form within and around us.”
